Director

Arlene Etengoff has been involved in the provision of clinical and managerial services at OHEL for the past 23 years, and has provided strong leadership in developing The Institute's advanced educational programming since its inception in 2000. She is actively engaged in the provision of creative educational resources to ensure a future cadre of highly trained service professionals able to meet the community's needs.

In addition to designing advanced-level workshops attended by thousands of professionals throughout the Greater New York area, Arlene has developed a program of widely-anticipated Community Conferences that provide a dynamic forum for the exchange of ideas among lay and professional audiences.
