Program Coordinator-Teaneck
Seeking dynamic, organized and professional individual to provide outreach and counseling services to various local schools and communities. Responsibilities include recruiting and running seminars for parents, students, and school staff in service of prevention of at-risk behavior (e.g. substance abuse, bullying), supervise the day to day operations of our mental health clinic and provide individual counseling within the clinic setting. Must be willing to travel and lecture, have superior written and communication skills and a proven track record in outreach. Current New Jersey State License (Social Worker or Psychologist) required. Ability to provide clinical supervision preferred.

Camp Kaylie at OHEL is seeking a well organized Project Manager / Operations Manager to work full time in our beautiful camp grounds located in Wurtsboro, NY. Responsibilities include all aspects of construction management, ensuring safety of the site, keeping the integrity of the grounds and structures currently on site and supervising the maintenance and housekeeping personnel. The individual must have superior communication and computer skills and possess the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Supervisory experience and at least 3 years of relevant construction and project management experience required. Familiarity with federal and state regulations helpful. Seeking dynamic, organized and professional individual to work closely with senior Development staff to manage the logistics and operations of special events (including dinner & journal), assist in campaign coordination and supervise support staff for OHEL’s energetic and innovative development department. Responsibilities include assisting with management of affinity groups, assisting with management of direct mail, web campaigns and grants, office management including support staff supervision, liaison with other agency departments and the management of donor gift processing, tracking and pledge collections. Familiarity with donor management databases and 3-5 years of relevant experience required. Superior written, verbal and computer skills a must.
Therapist, Teaneck
Positions available for high energy, experienced professionals to work with children and families in OHEL’s Northern New Jersey mental health center in Teaneck. Successful candidates must have five plus years of clinical experience with different populations. Expertise in cognitive behavioral treatment and experience with victims of trauma preferred. Current New Jersey State License (Social Worker or Psychologist) required. Clinical supervision provided.
Psychologist
Part time position available for Masters level psychologists to work with adults who have developmental disabilities in Long Island (14 hrs. per week) . Responsibilities include psychological testing, behavior plans, staff training and counseling. Experience with developmentally disabled population required.
Senior Manager for Special Projects
Seeking talented, dynamic and energetic person to assist in the expansion, development and implementation of creative and therapeutic recreation programs for individuals who have developmental disabilities. Other responsibilities include staff hiring, training and supervision, community outreach and more. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, experience with the developmentally disabled population, recreation programs, administrative/ supervisory experience and BA required.

Responsibilities include supervision of direct care staff, documentation and tracking, and attending case conferences.
