OHEL Initiates Major Recruitment Drive For New Project Hope Crisis Counseling Program
In response to the devastating effects of Hurricane Sandy, OHEL will be launching The Project Hope Crisis Counseling Program at OHEL.
The program will provide a number of key services to the thousands of individuals and families affected by Hurricane Sandy and will be made available free of charge. These services will include individual crisis counseling, community networking and support, group crisis counseling as well as public education.
Immediate job openings are in Brooklyn, Staten Island and Far Rockaway and include the positions of a Clinical Coordinator , a Fiscal Coordinator, Team Leaders, Crisis Counselors and Administrative Assistants.
OHEL will be holding two Job Fairs specifically looking to recruit such candidates. On Thursday 22 November between 10am-2pm at OHEL’s Main Office, at 4510 16th Avenue, Brooklyn, and on Friday 23 November between 9am-12pm at The White Shul, 728 Empire Avenue, in Far Rockaway.
