We changed the narrative of long grueling trips on the Staten Island expressway to brain storming sessions of how to improve and how to help everyone flourish ! 

We have shared memories of happiness, and have encouraged each other in all ways 

We have shed more than a few tears as we have encountered difficulties along the way. 

Along the way you have grown and blossomed to be the committed professional that you are today.
