Help tackling the challenges of life

Ohel’s staff provides strategies and therapies that enable adults and children to cope with everyday problems like stress and anxiety and offers intensive support to people confronting more serious mental health diagnoses.

We believe that quality mental health treatment should be accessible to all. Our integrated care approach addresses the entire individual: both mental and physical health. In addition to counseling, our expanded services now include health screenings, case management, peer support services, and 24 hour crisis support.

Our therapists provide training, consultation, and resources to schools. We offer workshops for parents and children, professional development for teachers, a resilience-building curriculum for lower school students, and an anxiety prevention program for middle school students. At satellite clinics located in six schools, we treat children in an environment where they feel most comfortable.

Outpatient Counseling for Children
When a child struggles with emotional and behavioral health, the whole family struggles. We offer counseling for young people and their parents, ranging from early childhood through young adulthood.

Our therapists customize treatment to meet each family's needs. They provide intensive support and treatment to the entire family, work one-on-one with the child to improve social and daily living skills, and coach parents so they can effectively address their children’s needs.
