Bio, Education, Training, and Certifications

Deborah Fung, LMSW, LCAT, ATR-BC, is a Licensed Social Worker, Licensed Art Therapist, and Assistant Clinical Director with more than 18 years of clinical experience. She has extensive experience treating trauma symptoms across the lifespan and is particularly skilled in supporting very young children through play-based therapeutic approaches. Deborah provides care in English.

Deborah is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Perinatal Child-Parent Psychotherapy (P-CPP), and the SPACE parent-coaching model. She is certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), and Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT). She also incorporates mindfulness, play therapy, and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) into her work.

Deborah holds a Master’s degree in Art Therapy and a Master’s degree in Social Work and maintains credentials as a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist (LCAT) and Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW).
