Sophia Katz, MHC-LP, is a psychotherapist and intake specialist in Tikvah’s Substance Use Disorder (SUD) program. She works with individuals navigating a wide range of emotional, relational, and behavioral challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and addiction-related concerns. Sophia provides care in English.
She holds a Level 1 certification in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and incorporates mindfulness and intensive psychotherapy into her clinical work.
Sophia earned her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Prescott College, with a focus in adventure-based and experiential therapy.
