“Hi, I’m Sarah—and I’m really glad you’re here. Let’s be honest—life gets messy. Anxiety, trauma, relationships, or just the everyday overwhelm of being human can weigh anyone down. We all hit moments when we need extra support. You’re not alone in that. I work with teens and adults who are carrying a lot. My goal is to create a space where you can simply be—where it’s okay to cry, to laugh, to wonder out loud, and to breathe a little easier. We’ll move at your pace, figure things out together, and build tools that truly help in real life—not just on paper. Alongside my work with clients, I also supervise other therapists, which is one of my favorite parts of this work. Helping new clinicians grow their skills feels like another way to spread healing and care. If you’re looking for a place that’s genuine, kind, and steady, I’d love to meet you and see what we can create together.”
Sarah’s approach is warm, genuine, and collaborative. She creates a space where clients can be fully themselves—whether that means expressing difficult emotions, exploring uncertainty, or simply finding room to breathe. She works at each client’s pace, focusing on building practical tools that translate into real-life change. In addition to her clinical work, Sarah also supervises other therapists, reflecting her commitment to growth, learning, and extending care beyond the therapy room.
Sarah works with clients who have experienced trauma, depression, anxiety, and grief. She is passionate about providing attachment-focused trauma treatment to adolescents and adults.
