Terms and Conditions
I. Permissible Use
A. These Terms and Conditions of Permissible Use establish the permissible use of the following resource materials (“hereinafter as “Resource Materials”) produced by Ohel Children’s Home and Family Services, Inc. (“Ohel”):

- Shining a Light: Psychoeducation Guide for Youth
- Lighting the Way: Psychoeducation Guide for Parents
B. Permission is granted to authorized recipients to use the Resource Materials in accordance with the following conditions:
- No Sale or Redistribution: The Resource Materials may not be sold or otherwise redistributed to third-parties outside of permissible fair use.
- No Changes to the Original: No person or entity is permitted to make any change of any kind to any aspect of the Resource Materials, including but not limited to any text, image, font, format, or color (except for standard black and white copies). Nothing herein shall prevent a reproduction, regardless of the format or medium, whether print, electronic or otherwise, from being proportionately reduced or enlarged in size as the case may be, provided that the Resource Materials remain otherwise consistent with and readily recognizable as the original.
- Ohel’s Name and Logo: Ohel’s name and logo may not be removed from or otherwise disassociated with the Resource Materials, and no other name or logo may be added to or presented as associated with the Resource Materials that do not appear on or connected with the original without the prior express written permission of Ohel.
- No Other Rights Granted: Except those expressly stated herein, no other rights are granted in connection with the Resource Materials, unless otherwise stated in writing by an authorized representative of Ohel.
- All Rights Reserved. Ohel retains and reserves any and all intellectual property rights in the Resource Materials, without implying any intellectual property rights beyond those legally possessed by Ohel.
C. Ohel reserves the right to enforce these Terms and Conditions of Permissible Use by any and all means available whether in law or equity, including reasonable costs, expenses and reasonable attorney’s fees in connection therewith.
D. Ohel reserves the right to modify the Resource Materials, and the Terms and Conditions of Permissible Use at any time without notification to new or existing users.
II. No Warranties, Endorsements or Representations
A. Ohel makes no warranties, endorsements or representations whatsoever of any kind in connection with any use of the Resource Materials.
B. Use of the Resource Materials is entirely voluntary, and the user assumes any and all risks and liabilities of such use.
C. Permission to use the Resource Materials in connection with these Terms and Conditions of Permissible Use does not establish any relationship, agency, partnership or association of any kind with Ohel, and no such relationship, agency, partnership or association of any kind with Ohel may be represented, implied, or in any way suggested by use of the Resource Materials.
D. Usage of the Resource Materials does not imply Ohel’s endorsement of your qualifications, services, or organization.
III. Limitation of Liability
A. By using Ohel’s Resource Materials you agree to hold harmless Ohel, Ohel’s officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives and volunteers from any and all claims arising out of or related to your access or use of, or your inability to access or use, the Resource Materials.
B. In no event will Ohel, or the contributors of any content or information to the Resource Materials, be liable to you or anyone else for any decision made or action taken by you in connection with the use or misuse of the Resource Materials, or any consequential, special or similar damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
By using the Resource Materials, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the Terms and Conditions of Permissible Use, No warranties Endorsements or Representations, and Limitation of Liability.
