This highly experienced individual will lead a strong team in fundraising for both Annual and Capital Campaigns. Working with an active Board of Directors and a committed donor base, the successful candidate will bring his or her own creative approach to expanding on major annual and capital gifts. A strong set of systems are currently in place.

Five years’ experience at an executive development position successfully fundraising a minimum of $5 million annually or experience as a highly successful salesperson is necessary.

Responsibilities include researching grant opportunities from various outlets including Foundations, government agencies and contracts. OHEL currently seeks a dynamic and innovative leader to serve as Program Director for our Kadimah PROS (Personalized Recovery Oriented Services) program. PROS is a comprehensive model that integrates rehabilitation, treatment, and support services for people with mental illness. RECOVERY SPECIALIST
Full-time position available for high energy team player to work as a Recovery Specialist within OHEL’s Kadimah PROS. Responsibilities include maintaining a case load of 22 Adults with Severe Mental Illness and ensuring they successfully integrate into the community through one to one counseling and group sessions. Additionally, the Recovery Specialist will be responsible for providing access to various community resources including mental and physical health professionals, rehabilitation, housing, and entitlements as well as provide crisis intervention when needed, including hospital admission and discharge support. Candidate will be required to maintain ongoing and timely documentation, program assessments, Individualized Treatment Plans and charting in accordance with OMH, Medicaid and HIPPA regulations and attend various team meetings and trainings. LICENSED MENTAL HEALTH CLINICIAN –EARLY CHILDHOOD PROGRAM
Excellent position available for professional and skilled Mental Health Clinician to work with children under the age of 6 and their caregivers in OHEL’s Early Childhood Treatment Center. CHILDREN’S MOBILE MENTAL HEALTH PROFESSIONAL

A Community Psychiatric Support and Treatment Provider (CPST) works with children and families to offer psychoeducation, supportive counseling, as well as developing skills and coping strategies that enable children to gain mastery over challenges related to emotional and behavioral health needs. Responsibilities include providing clinical and supportive services to families in the community, assessing family strengths and needs, crisis avoidance, developing individualized service plans, collaborating with other service providers and community partners, and maintaining accurate documentation. This is a part time position, offering flexible after-school hours and supervised clinical experience towards obtaining licensure in social work, mental health counseling, and creative arts therapy.

Our outpatient clinics provide integrated mental health and physical health/wellness services. CARE COORDINATOR FOR HEALTH HOME SERVING CHILDREN
Seeking a Care Coordinator to manage the care of children enrolled in OHEL’s Health Home program serving Children. The Care Coordinator will assess the child’s physical, mental health and social services needs and will be responsible for developing an integrated plan of care, working collaboratively with medical, behavioral, educational and social service providers. The Care Coordinator will also provide care coordination and health promotion, transitional care and follow up, individual and family support, referrals to community and social support services as well as the use of health information technology to link services. The position requires field visits, including home, school, hospital and office settings. Candidates must have good writing skills, be well spoken, organized, detail oriented and computer proficient. Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in the Human Services field (Master’s preferred).
