Ohel is seeking a forward thinking professional to lead the Zachter Institute for
Training, which provides dynamic educational opportunities that offer practical strategies and problem-solving approaches to challenges facing the community.
Responsibilities include coordinating best practice models of clinical treatment and organizational systems both for Ohel professionals and for private
practitioners (CEU credits). Additionally, this position will coordinate mandatory and elective trainings for staff, as well as research training resources.

COMMUNITY PSYCHIATRIC SUPPORT AND TREATMENT PROVIDER (P/T)
OHEL is seeking dedicated professionals to join its Children and Family Treatment and Support Services team
to provide mental health services to children in home and community-based settings in Far Rockaway, Queens, Long Island, Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Staten Island.
A Community Psychiatric Support and Treatment Provider (CPST) works with children and families to offer psychoeducation, supportive counseling, as well as developing skills and coping
strategies that enable children to gain mastery over challenges related to emotional and behavioral health needs. Responsibilities include providing clinical and supportive services
to families in the community, assessing family strengths and needs, crisis avoidance, developing individualized service plans, collaborating with other service providers and community
partners, and maintaining accurate documentation. This is a part time position, offering flexible after-school hours and supervised clinical experience towards obtaining licensure

CRISIS COUNSELORS (PROJECT HOPE)
OHEL is seeking Crisis Counselors to work in the field and virtually in response to Covid.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with individuals, families and groups impacted by Covid in a hybrid model of virtual and in person services, to provide outreach, emotional support, individual and group crisis counseling, public education, and referrals when needed
- Provide presentations to community groups on disaster reactions, coping skills, stress management and the Crisis Counseling Program
- Responsible to complete data forms on interactions utilizing a mobile application
- Attend trainings and be able to assists disaster survivors to access services by guiding them through the assessment and referral processes

behavioral health professional to lead a team of crisis counselors in the field and virtually. Responsibilities include:
- Organize outreach activities, and guide the crisis counseling staff in their outreach planning and service delivery to identify individuals who need crisis counseling as a result of Covid-19.
- Plan and implement virtual outreach utilizing email and social media venues.
- Plan creative and innovative programs to reach individuals impacted by Covid.

SENIOR DIGITAL MARKETING STRATEGIST
Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Communications, the Senior Digital Marketing Strategist
is an essential part of the small marketing team dedicated to increasing awareness of the services provided by Ohel and our impact on the community,
in both the New York metro area and nationally.
Working collaboratively with the Director, you will help to build a long-term marketing strategy for this nonprofit. You’ll be part of our team as
we build out our new website and will focus on email, web, and social media platforms. You’re a hands-on marketer who is excited to both think big and
do the daily legwork, whether it’s writing posts for social, digging into analytics,
experimenting with a new digital strategy, or creating a new campaign to drive awareness of our brand.
- Create and develop a strategy to amplify Ohel’s reach through social media.
- Write and/or edit copy for emails, website, and ads, both digital and print.
- Own goals and performance metrics for social media campaigns; monitor regularly to understand the effectiveness of the strategy, making recommendations for continuous improvement.

expected to display good interpersonal

MOBILE OUTREACH TEAM SUPERVISOR
Unique opportunity for dynamic professional to join OHEL as a Mobile Outreach
Team Supervisor. OHEL’s MOT Team offers confidential in-home assessment, short term case management and crisis intervention
for children, adolescents, adults, and their families experiencing mental health crises. Responsibilities include clinical
and administrative supervision of clinical staff as well as administrative oversight including: EHR documentation,
monitoring service deliverables, developing ongoing staff training, reviewing & updating P&P, weekly team meetings,
developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external service providers (hospitals, EMS providers,
outpatient providers, community liaisons, clergy, and educational institutions, etc). In addition the right candidate
will be responsible for providing direct services which include: administering mental health assessments, scheduling
visits, linkage to ongoing mental health services, collaborating with families, schools, community members, collateral
contacts, and medical & mental health professionals in developing treatment/discharge plans. Potential candidates should
have experience working with children, adolescents, and their families as well as experience in crisis intervention practices.

enrolled in OHEL’s Health Home program serving Children. The Care Coordinator will assess the child’s physical, mental
health and social services needs and will be responsible for developing an integrated plan of care, working collaboratively
with medical, behavioral, educational and social service providers. The Care Coordinator will also provide care coordination
and health promotion, transitional care and follow up, individual and family support, referrals to community and social
support services as well as the use of health information technology to link services. The position requires field visits,
including home, school, hospital and office settings. Candidates must have good writing skills, be well spoken, organized,
detail oriented and computer proficient. Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in the Human Services field (Master’s preferred).
Experience providing direct services and/or case management services is highly recommended as is familiarity with serious mental
illness, chronic medical conditions, complex trauma or foster care.

direct services or case management preferred, as is familiarity with serious mental illness and chronic medical conditions.
EMPLOYMENT SPECIALIST/JOB DEVELOPER
Part time position available in OHEL Kadimah/PROS program for high energy professional to be
responsible for providing comprehensive employment related services to adults with a serious and persistent mental illness. This position encourages
and supports individuals on successful transitioning into the employment world as well as developing job opportunities for these individuals.
Responsibilities include: Assessing referred participant, use community resources, job fairs and other connections to develop jobs with potential
employers; Facilitate daily psychiatric rehabilitation classes, and focus groups, provide entitlements and benefits training and support. Collaborate
with Kadimah staff during team meetings to discuss goal and recovery process. Comply with PROS regulations and documentation. Trained in and execute

OHEL Regional Family Center is seeking a responsible team player with excellent clinical skills working with children,
adults and families. Candidate must possess strong organizational and documentation skills, experience with EHR, and ability to maintain an active caseload.
Candidate will be part of a growth oriented, trauma-informed team providing quality behavioral health treatment utilizing cutting edge, innovative practice

REGISTERED NURSE (P/T)
OHEL Children’s Home and Family Services is seeking a Registered Nurse for our outpatient mental health Clinic in
Brooklyn. Our outpatient clinics provide integrated mental health and physical health/wellness services. Duties of the nurse will include health assessments
upon intake to the clinic, taking vitals, performing blood draws, administering IM injections, entering test results and documentation in the electronic health
record, and collaborating with psychiatrists/NP/MD/clinicians inside and outside the clinic. In addition, the nurse will provide ongoing health monitoring for
patients, provide health education, especially in regards to high blood pressure, high cholesterol and diabetes, as well as help patients develop and work
Part time position available: 15 hours a week (schedule but must include 2 mornings, 1 afternoon, and 1 evening).
QUALITY IMPROVEMENT/UTILIZATION REVIEW
OHEL is seeking a LCSW or equivalent to conduct Utilization Review in accordance with NYS OMH Anchors Guidelines for
approximately 20 hours per week in a Licensed Outpatient Mental Health Clinic. Position requires attention to detail, sound clinical judgment, understanding of
applicable regulations and ability to critically and constructively review the work of colleagues. Applicant shall ideally have worked in a clinic setting and
