Over 100 Mental health professionals from all over the greater New York area gained valuable insights and hands-on strategies at a recent workshop sponsored by the Mel and Phyllis Zachter OHEL Institute for Training.
Creating Stability in Couples and Families: Interventions to Reduce Conflict and Despair featured recognized couple and family therapy expert, Judith Siegel, PhD, LCSW. Associate Professor at New York University Silver School of Social Work, Dr. Siegel is the author of numerous academic articles and several critically-acclaimed books, including What Children Learn from their Parents’ Marriage, and Stop Overreacting: Effective Strategies for Calming Your Emotions.
