
David Grossberg has a passion for helping individuals, couples, families, and communities navigate complex emotional and behavioral challenges. With a strong foundation in school-based mental health, crisis intervention, and community outreach, he brings over 5 years of experience delivering responsive, compassionate, and evidence-based care.
He has worked extensively in school settings, supporting teenagers facing emotional distress, behavioral issues, and academic pressures, as well as working with their parents on best parenting methods. He has also supervised mobile outreach teams, responding to mental health crises with skill, empathy, and clinical leadership.
In his therapy practice, he works with teens, adults, and families using a client-centered and trauma-informed approach. He is certified in both Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
