“My style is warm, curious, strengths based and client centered with focus on building a relationship with a client before jumping to “fix” things. I believe in a “team approach” to therapy – working together with a client where a client is an expert on themselves and I am there to guide and offer information and tools that they can choose to use. I have experience working with teens, adults and older adults struggling with addiction, DV, depression, anxiety, trauma and interpersonal difficulties. I use an eclectic approach to therapy with adding DBT skills to help clients improve quality of their lives.”

Marina’s approach is warm, curious, strengths-based, and client-centered. She prioritizes building a strong therapeutic relationship before focusing on solutions and views therapy as a collaborative process, where clients are the experts on themselves. Using an eclectic style, she integrates practical tools, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, to help clients improve their quality of life while fostering insight, resilience, and meaningful change.
