“I am a collaborative, emotionally focused therapist who believes that healing grows out of connection—both with ourselves and with the people we love. My work is rooted in presence, curiosity, and a deep respect for the places where people get stuck. I help individuals and couples slow down enough to understand the emotional patterns that shape their relationships, especially the ones that feel repetitive, confusing, or painful.
My approach is strengths-based and trauma-informed, grounded in attachment theory and the belief that people make sense once we understand the stories and protections they carry. Whether someone is navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, or relationship distress, I focus on creating a safe, steady space where emotions can be explored without judgment and new ways of responding can take shape.
A central part of my work is helping partners feel seen, understood, and reconnected. I guide couples in recognizing the cycles that pull them apart and uncovering the softer feelings that lie beneath conflict or withdrawal. As understanding grows, so does the capacity for closeness, repair, and secure connection.
Across all settings, I aim to be a calm, engaged presence—someone who listens deeply, notices what often goes unsaid, and supports clients in moving toward a more grounded, connected, and authentic version of themselves.”
