“My therapeutic approach is validation-focused, culturally responsive, and grounded in each client’s intrinsic motivation to change. I believe that when clients feel fully safe and supported, they can be gently and purposefully challenged to grow toward their goals. I have seen this process unfold in my practice and witnessed the profound growth that can emerge when safety and challenge coexist.”
