Sophia Katz holds her masters in Mental Health Counseling from Prescott College, with a focus in adventure-based + experiential therapy. Sophia works as a therapist and intake specialist within the SUD program at Tikvah. Her therapeutic approach integrates a variety of theoretical orientations including experiential counseling, existentialist and humanistic psychology, IFS, and psychoanalytic principles.
